Regular Activities

I have some regular activities like weekly backups, bi-weekly meetings or monthly meetings (every 3rd wednesday in a month) of which I'd like to keep track. Currently I use EssentialPIM to remind me, however, when "on the road", I'd like to have someting to check.

Any suggestions?

One thing you can do is keep an index card or planner form for your cyclic entries, and then make scheduling entries part of your weekly planning. Not perfect, though, as you need to remember to go through that list if you're scheduling something in the far future (anything past this week! ;) ).

Any other ideas?
