I know this isn't paper-based per se, but it is an interesting new take on productivity. It's a simple web site (and Chrome extension that isn't necessary) that does a prioritized do to list, with email reminders, etc. It's brand new, and still in beta. I thought I'd share it here. It's

It has one interesting feature that makes it sort of similar to David Seah's Emergent Task Planner. It divides the to dos into a single big project, three medium and five small projects. I like that kind of prioritization, and find it a bit more useful than other methods.
