Covey DIY Diagrams ?

I am reading Covey's FTF for the first time and I stumbled across an old link on Million Monkeys: New GTD/Covey Diagrams for D*I*Y Planners -- new as of June 19th, 2005

I am curious, why no Covey diagrams in the current templates ? Legal fuss or something ?

I read

somewhere here that Covey asked them to not include their name on their pages. Why would you buy their system if you could get it here for free???

I'm confused...

Them and they ?
Covey asked not to have his name on DIY pages ?

aye

There was a blurb about it that Doug included before a new DIY set was released. I'm sure you could find it if you looked around. :)

here ya go :)

Wasn't there some Covey stuff earlier? Did I imagine that?
All that win/win synergy was a paradigm-induced dream, I'm afraid: go back to sleep and dream of how the main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing (TM, All Rights Reserved). DIYPlanner.com will no longer produce or make available templates based directly on Franklin-Covey's intellectual property, including Saw Sharpening (TM), or Highly Effective (TM) ideas.

That being said, a number of the "organisationally agnostic" forms like Harmony and Priority Matrix can be easily adapted to those methodologies.

Thanx, Sara

Saved me from having to Google it.
OK, I can now make more sense of the Harmony page.

Thanks Sara, I knew I didn't

Thanks Sara,

I knew I didn't dream it... although I wouldn't be surprised :)

The bigger question perhaps?

I looked at the Covey DIY diagrams. My reaction: duh! Not exactly the most difficult scheme to develop. Software architecture and design is much more difficult an activity than the content of those diagrams.
