A6 Size

If I did my conversion correct, I believe this would be about 4" x 5".

Here is one set I found that I really like: http://www.diyplanner.com/node/2224

But, with all of the templates here, I resize to the size that I am using... If you use Adobe, you should be able to print the size you want. Or, I sometimes just cut the template and paste it into another program (for me it's Word) and size the image there and then print.

Thanks

Thank you that helps a lot! I'll give it a go!!!

A7

A7 is an A6 sheet folded in half. As such, the proportions are slightly different. A6 is a bit fatter, and A7 a bit skinnier. However, since A7 is skinnier, it should scale up well to the A6 size--but with an extra bit of white space on the sides. Ygor's dynamics should work just fine, however, and fill in all the white space. :-)

Maybe this will help find things. Generally, in the Ax sizes, every other size is the same proportion--so A2, A4, A6 and A8 (is there such a thing in real life?) work properly with scaling, and A3, A5 and A7 all scale properly. Of course, since you are skipping a size, you may run into font scaling and line scaling problems. The key with using A4 is to find an open form with wide lines and large font sizes. These scale really well to A6 in my experience. So, feel free to look at the A4 sizes here.

Paper size stuff

According to ISO 216, all the A, B, and C series papers have the same aspect ratio (rounded to the nearest millimeter), so to go from A(n) to A(n+1) is a 70.71 % reduction (one over the square root of two). Making two jumps - A(n) to A(n+2) is an exact 50% reduction.

It could be the rounding to the nearest millimeter that is the reason for the proportion difference you see.
