Tracking items on loan

This template is to help you keep track of things like DVDs or books that you might lend to friends so you can remember who has what.

Usage advice:
This is a pretty standard classic 2-up template. I use the loaned/returned boxes to track dates and the item check box to indicate the item is back. The 'who' and 'num' boxes should be who has the item and of course the 'item' box should be what you have on loan!

On Loan sheets
I love these. As a trainer in a hospital, I seem to always be loaning my "Bibles" for Access, Excel etc to others, especially those in I.S. This is a great keeper. I have been using a homemade form and this looks much more professional.
