Keeping Mac and PC calendars in sych

I have both a Mac (OSX 10.3.9) and a PC at home, and a PC at work. I have a calendar on each of them, along with my paper planner.

I want to keep the calendars all in synch with each other. The PCs are easy since I use outlook. However, I can't easily keep the Mac calendar in synch with the other 2.

My printer is hooked up to my Mac, so if I want to print pages for my planner I have to do it from there.

The only calendaring program I know of for the Mac that prints pages in a planner format is Palm Desktop 4.0.1 and I have not found a way to get the files exported from Outlook into a format that Palm Desktop will accept.

Does anyone here have luck keeping Mac and PC calendars in synch, and if so, how do you do it?

Same problem here and the easiest, although costly'ish way is to use a PDA and sync it with both machines therefore merging all the data through the Palm/PocketPC..
I use a Blackberry for and it syncs all my Contacts and Cal. I have a Mac/iCal at home and a PC/Outlook at work and it works perfectly.

The easiest way is to use My Yahoo as your calendar program. You can use it from any computer that has an Internet connection. Yahoo also has free software that lets you sync the Calendar to a Palm (on Windows machines only). The Yahoo sync software also lets you sync My Yahoo to Outlook.
